check in and check out
The house will be ready at 3pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11am on the day of departure.
If your arrival is earlier or your departure is later than this time, you must inform us in writing and we will do our best to coordinate the cleaning tasks to the new timetable provided by you.
If it should happen that your arrival coincides with our cleaning team, please leave your luggage inside the house and enjoy the outside area.
Cancellation policy
Please inform us in writing of the reason for your cancellation.
If the reason is that you are unable to travel to Menorca for COVID, the amounts paid to date will be refunded or the payment will be applied to a new booking at a later date, at the client’s choice, provided that the villa is free.
If the booking is cancelled for a reason other than not being able to travel to Menorca for COVID, the amounts paid will only be refunded if the property manages to book the villa on the same dates as this booking.
deposit / security deposit
A deposit of 500,00€ will be charged to the credit card provided by the client 7 days prior to the client’s arrival at the property.
The property reserves the right to deduct from the deposit (retained on the credit card) the corresponding amounts if the conditions of the reservation have not been fulfilled.
Staying in the house
The house will be ready with the beds made and we will provide you with a set of towels per person, including 1 pool towel per person.
You will find the house in a good state of use and with the necessary equipment for its capacity.
The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, capsule coffee machine, fridge, toaster, iron, vitroceramic hob, oven and all the kitchenware you may need. Barbecue, solar shower, hairdryer, iron and ironing board.
Facilities and occupancy
The garden and swimming pool are maintained by the property, so the person in charge will come to the property a couple of times a week, as agreed.
Please refrain from using the hose to water plants or shrubs, everything is controlled to optimise water consumption.
The villa is equipped with internet connection.
The number of people staying in the house cannot exceed the capacity of the villa unless otherwise agreed in advance and the corresponding additional charge has been paid.
Parties are strictly forbidden inside and outside the house.
The villa has other villas nearby, is located in a quiet neighbourhood, please respect the municipal regulations without excessive noise, loud music after midnight, etc.
Minimum stay and cleaning
The minimum stay is 7 days.
The cleaning fee is 260,00€.
If your stay is longer than 7 days, an extra cleaning fee of 120,00€ will be charged on a weekly basis according to your arrival date.
If you need a longer visit from our cleaning team, please let us know as soon as possible to organize it.
Number of guests
The house will be ready for the occupation of a maximum of 8 persons.
In case of needing more occupancy than mentioned, we can accommodate up to a maximum of 10 people upon written request to equip the house with the necessary beds, this entails an additional cost that you can consult us.
